Addison Rae's fame on TikTok is extended to other platforms such as Instagram, YouTube and Twitter. In 2021 she made her singing debut with the release of her song Obsessed. The track reached the fourth spot on New Zealand Hot Singles charts as well as the sixth top-trending YouTube video that on the same day. Addison Rae was also nominated for awards that are prestigious, such as the People's Choice Awards, MTV Movie & TV Awards, as well as the Kids' Choice Awards.
