Annie Mist Thorisdottir. CrossFit professional athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She coaches and trains in Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is also co-owner. Annie was the first female ever to win CrossFit Games on two occasions. The CrossFit Games were her second and third place. 2010, and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir from Iceland is a weightlifter, is also a CrossFit athlete and a famous media personality. The media acclaim came from her becoming the first woman to be the first person who taken home two CrossFit Games, in 2011 and 2012. Her other achievements include winning Dubai Fitness Competitions in 2013 and 2013. Annie, along with her siblings and parents, were raised in Reykjavik Iceland. She was an active athlete and worked out from the age of five. The first time she participated was occasion in 2009 CrossFit Games in California in which she performed very well. Annie Thorisdottir was 31 (as as of 2021). She is 5'7" and her weight is approximately about 67kg. Annie began her CrossFit adventures in California in the year 2009. She did well on her very first event, finishing at the top of the list. While she didn't win any of the titles however she was able to finish with an 11th place. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. In CrossFit Games under the guidance of her coach Jami Tikkanen, she placed in seconds place and won a silver medal in the same year. The following year, she again participated in the CrossFit events and thanks to her dominating performance she won the games and became the first woman to win CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie also won her first CrossFit Games because of her outstanding performance. In addition, she became the first female athlete who won two CrossFit Games consecutively. Also, in 2014 she won a silver medal and in the year 2021 she won a bronze medal in CrossFit Games. Annie has been coaching and training at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was founded by Annie. Annie's increasing popularity as a professional athlete has allowed her to be the spokesperson for many sporting brands, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance's Periodization and Nuunhydration Yerbae. In addition, she has her own Youtube channel called "Annie", with over 3,000 viewers. These include videos on nutrition and fitness, as well as the family life.
